Users assigned with a custom role that is copied from the default Instructor role are unable to edit the course's image/banner. The custom role has the following privileges enabled:

Course Control Panel (Customization) > Teaching Style, Choose Theme
Course/Organization > Course List > Edit Banner
Show/Hide Course Banner Image

1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
2. Create a custom role from the default Instructor role
3. Make sure the role has the the following privileges assigned:
   • Course Control Panel (Customization) > Teaching Style, Choose Theme
   • Course/Organization > Course List > Edit Banner
   • Show/Hide Course Banner Image
4. Create a user and assign the newly created custom role
5. Enroll an instructor into the Ultra course
6. Log in as an instructor with the custom role
7. Access course
8. Click on Course Image > Edit display settings link
9. Upload new image
10. Position image and click on Done
11. Notice the image preview shows the new image
12. Click on Save
13. Click on Course Image > Edit display settings link again

Observed Behavior:
The course image is not updated.

Expected Behavior:
The course image is updated.
