Invalid 'X-Frame-Options' Header Error Message is Shown in Browser Debugger Console

Description:

When using Chrome, the following browser console error is produced when accessing all content areas in Blackboard Learn for any environment:

"Invalid 'X-Frame-Options' header encountered when loading 'https://developer.blackboard.com/': '' is not a recognized directive. The header will be ignored."

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Login to Blackboard Learn as Administrator.
  2. Navigate to any page using Chrome browser.
  3. Open Developer Tools (Ctrl shift I) > Console Tab
Observed Behavior:
The following error is displayed under the console tab.
"Invalid 'X-Frame-Options' header encountered when loading 'https://developer.blackboard.com/': '' is not a recognized directive. The header will be ignored."

Expected Behavior:
No error should be shown in the console tab.
