New Chrome Policies Blocks Screen Sharing Through iFrames

Description:
New Chrome Policies released on October 16th (https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5144822362931200) now prevents iFrames from capturing the content of the screen, this breaks integrations that records the screen to create content.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator 
  2. Go to "View course & Institution tools"
  3. Open the Developer tools of the browser and go to the Console tab
  4. Click on Media gallery > Start meeting (Upper right corner)
  5. Allow Microphone and Camera use
  6. In the session Screen, go to Tools > Desktop Share or, click on Start Screen Share in the middle of the screen.

Observed Behavior:
Browser does not show anything and an error is logged in the Browser Console. 

Expected Behavior:
System asks for permissions and starts sharing the screen.
 




Resolution/Workaround:

Issue can be solved by adding the header "allow="display-capture *"
