Description:
In the Ultra Experience, the SCORM Player cuts off the top of SCORM when the Navigation bar is on and even when trying to hide bar.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log in to Blackboard Learn ULTRA as Instructor or Administrator
  2. Upload a SCORM package into a course.
  3. Edit the SCORM package and open the advanced settings
  4. Open the navigation controls, make sure 'Show Navigation' is on and select 'Show Course Structure' Then Tick ' course structure starts open' (this second option is not required but makes it easier to see the issue straight off)
  5. Open the Launch Behavior and select 'frameset' for both and 'fullscreen'.
  6. Click save
  7. Click on the SCORM

Observed Behavior: The top of the SCORM content gets hidden under the navigation bar
Expected Behavior: The SCORM is still completely visible
