Batch Edit for Ultra Content Items may fail with an Oops Modal

Description:
When using Batch Edit to update dates for Ultra content items, it may not update dates and an Oops message may appear. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience  as an Administrator
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Access a Course 
  3. Create a Learning Module that contains a Folder
  4. Within the Folder, create a Discussion Forum with a Participate by date in the future
  5. Click on the three-dot menu to access the Batch edit tool
  6. Click on the newly created Learning Module
  7. Click on the Folder
  8. Check the the box for the Discussion Forum
  9. Select Edit dates under the edit selection menu
  10. Select Change dates by number of days
  11. Select the number of days to shift forward 
  12. Click Edit Dates
Observed Behavior: 
Update doesn't seem to be completed, but some random dates are updated, however the error "Oops, something went wrong" is received and a Session Debug code is received.

Expected Behavior: 
The update is completed.
