Submission Status Changes Incorrectly in Ultra Courses

Description:
In Ultra when an assessment is configured to have two attempts and a student submits a first one and saves the other as a draft, the submission page shows as 'Submitted'. In this case the submission page should say 'Draft Saved' until all attempts have been submitted. 
 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator 
  2. Create an Ultra Course and enroll an instructor and a student
  3. As the instructor create an assignment and set 2 attempts for students. Make it visible.
  4. As the student access the assignment and submit a first attempt
  5. As the instructor check the Submission status page and confirm it is shown as 'Submitted' and one attempt is waiting to be graded
  6. As the student start a new attempt and select Save and Close
  7. As the Instructor refresh the Submission status page to observe there is a Draft Saved.
  8. Open the Attempt for grading and then close it

Observed Behavior:
The status of the student's submission changed to 'Submitted'.

Expected Behavior:
The status of the student's submission is shown as 'Draft Saved'.
