The Developer Portal Does Not Show School Usage of LTI 1.3 Client Integrations

Description:
The Developer Portal developer.anthology.com does not show usage of LTI 1.3 integrations (i.e. schools/FQDN’s). Selecting a registered Integration shows no results for the client on their test system.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log in to Blackboard Learn as an administrator
  2. In the System admin, choose Integrations >  LTI Tool Providers
  3. Choose the developer.blackboard.com
  4. Once the Developer Portal opens in the browser, log in
  5. Application Authorization.
  6. Choose Integrations > Schools

Observed Behavior:
Selected integrations do not show usage data for schools, instead the following message is displayed: “No schools are using your application at this time”.

Expected Behavior:
The Integrations show usage data.
