Instructor Cannot Remove In-Progress SCORM Attempts

Description:
The instructors are limited to removing in-progress SCORM attempts in version 3900.65 when the package allows multiple attempts. 

Instructors use this function when the attempt is stuck and students cannot advance. They remove it so students can start the attempt once again.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create an Ultra course 
  3. Create two users (instructor and student) and enroll them in the course
  4. Log in as the instructor and access the created course
  5. Go to Course Content >  Click on the (+) > Create
  6. Select the SCORM package and upload a package
  7. Change to Unlimited attempts and click on Save
  8. Log in as the student and start an attempt
  9. Exit the attempt without finishing it
  10. Go to the Gradebook as the instructor > Students > click on the student
  11. Click on the attempt

Observed Behavior:
The instructor does not have the option to delete the in-progress attempt.

Expected Behavior:
The instructor can delete in-progress SCORM attempts.
