Students see the 'Analytics' tab in Ultra courses

Description:
When a student accesses an Ultra course after the first time, they see the 'Analytics' tab. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create a new Ultra course and enroll a student 
  3. Log in as the student and access the course
  4. Exit the course and access it again



Observed Behavior: 
The 'Analytics' tab shows up.

Expected Behavior: 
The 'Analytics' tab does not show up for students.
