Course Builder Getting " Oops! Something broke" While Creating/ Viewing Assessments

Description:
In the 3900.60 release on 3/2/2023, Course Builders are receiving an error while creating or view assessments. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as a Course Builder
  2. Access a course
  3. Click on Test/Assessments to create or open an existing test 

Observed Behavior: The Course Build receives an "Oops Something Broke" message.

Expected Behavior: The Course Builder should be able to view the page without an error. 
 



Resolution/Workaround:

Course Builders are able to access the page after closing the pop-up. 

Information:

This issue is actively being worked on by our Product Development team. We expect to have a fix available in the next 24 hours.
