Description:
When creating a hidden Discussion Board (DB) under a hidden folder as well, once the DB's visibility is changed to Release Condition and the folder's visibility is changed to 'Visible to students', the DB column remains hidden causing issues for the students to access it.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create a course in Ultra Course View
  3. Enroll a student in the course
  4. Click on the plus sign (+) > Create > Folder. Let the folder hidden for students
  5. Within the folder, create a Discussion Board, also hidden for students
  6. From the Course Content page, change to Release Condition the availability of the Discussion Board. Change the Date/time option and set the 'Show' on dates
  7. Change to visible the folder
  8. Wait for the Release condition to be met
  9. Access to the student preview or as the student enrolled
  10. Click on the Discussion Board to access it

Observed Behavior:
An error message "You do not have permission to access this content." appears.

Expected Behavior:
The Discussion Board is accessible since both the folder and the Discussion Board itself are visible to students.
