The Downloaded copy of the Full Grade Center in the Original Courses Does not Include all the Columns

Description:
In the Original view mode, when a copy of the full grade center is downloaded to work offline, some columns will be missing if they were initially not included in the grade center calculation. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn with Original Experience as an administrator
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create and access a course
  3. Navigate to Grade Center > Full Grade Center
  4. Create Column > Enter the required details > Under Options, choose the 'Include this column in Grade Center calculations' as No > Submit
  5. Click on Work Offline > Download > Choose the Full Grade Center option > Submit

Observed Behavior:
Only columns that are included in the grade center calculations appear in the downloaded copy.

Expected Behavior:
All the grade center’s columns appear in the downloaded copy.
