Artificial Intelligence Image Generation and Auto-Generate Modules Failing

Description:
Generate Images and Auto-Generate Modules features are not generating the expected images.
Steps to Repeat:
These are two events that have been covered:

Event 1: Artificial Intelligence Image Generation Failure:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create an Ultra course
  3. Under Content, click on the (+) icon and click on Create
  4. Create a document
  5. Click on the (+) icon and add content
  6. Insert some text in it
  7. Click on the image icon
  8. Click on Generate image
  9. Insert text and click on Generate
Observed Behavior: 
The images are not generated.
 
Expected Behavior:
The images are generated.



Event 2: Auto-Generate Modules Failure:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create an Ultra course
  3. Under Content, click on the (+) icon and click on Auto-Generate Modules
  4. Under Description, insert some text
  5. Under the Title prefix, select Topic
  6. Set the number of learning modules to 5
  7. Click on Generate
 
Observed Behavior: 
The modules are created without images.
 
Expected Behavior:
The modules are created with images.
