Description:
When an instructor selects the "Duplicate" option for custom BB Annotate stamps, the stamp appears in the document as expected, but it also creates a duplicate of the same stamp in the list of existing stamps.
Steps to Repeat:
- Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an Instructor
- Access any course that has students enrolled in it and assignment submissions from the students
- Go to the Gradebook inside the course
- Open/view any submission from the Gradebook
- Once BB Annotate opens/loads, click on the dropdown menu next to the "Image" icon
- Select the option Stamp in Annotate Viewer
- Click on Custom Stamp option
- Add Stamp text, select date, time and color
- Click on Create Stamp (Note: The newly created stamp automatically appears on the document).
- Again, click on the dropdown menu next to the Image icon > Stamp (Note: The newly created stamp is listed as an existing stamp (once))
- Click Cancel
- Now click on the "Duplicate" option above the custom stamp (Note: A copy of the same stamp is displaying on the document as expected)
- Again, click on the dropdown menu next to the Image icon > Stamp
Observed Behavior:The custom stamp is listed as existing stamp but twice (duplicate).
Expected Behavior:The custom stamp will be listed as existing stamp only once.
