Description:
When grading students' attempt in the Ultra experience, instructors are unable to collapse Fill in the Blank Questions that have images added.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor
  2. Inside an Ultra course, click Add Content > Create > Test 
  3. Select the plus icon and add a Fill in the Blank question
  4. In the question text, insert an image 
  5. Click Save
  6. Make the test available to students
  7. Attempt the test as a student
  8. As the instructor, go to the Gradebook
  9. Open the student's attempt
  10. Try to collapse the question

Expected Behavior:
The question should be collapsible

Observed Behavior:
The question is not collapsible
