LTI Tool Launch in Original View Courses Shows an Extra iframe.

When launching LTI tools on original courses running on Ultra Server, there is an extra iframe on top
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra as an Administrator
  2. Create an Original View course
  3. Access the course you just created
  4. Initiate any of the LTI tools available within the course
Observed Behavior: On the LTI of the tool page, notice how an extra iframe has been added on.

Expected Behavior: No additional iframe is added.
