Enterprise Survey Appears Despite the tool Availability is Turned Off

Description:
The Enterprise Survey tool will appear under the Ultra Base Navigation Tools menu despite it being marked as unavailable at the system level.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn with the Ultra Base Navigation as an Administrator
  2. Go to Admin > Tools > Enterprise Surveys
  3. Make Enterprise Surveys availability set to Off > Submit
  4. Close the Administrator Panel
  5. Click on the Tools menu

Observed Behavior: Enterprise Surveys tool appears.
Expected Behavior: Enterprise Surveys tool is not listed.


 

 




Information:

This is a new feature meaning this new behavior will change how grades are treated and stored for grade entries made post release. It will not affect existing grades in the system.
