Child Course does not show for Instructors in the Course List

Description:
In Ultra base navigation, Users who are enrolled on a Child Course can only see the Parent Course in their Course list.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Environment
  2. Create a couple of Courses, i.e: test_child1 , test_child2
  3. Merge the Courses using test_master_course as Master Course
  4. Create and enroll a User as an Instructor in the Master Course
  5. Enroll the User as an Instructor in the Child Course
  6. Login as Instructor
  7. Go to Courses list
Observed Behavior:
The Instructor will not see the Child Course, only the Master

Expected Behavior:
As in non Ultra environment, the Instructor should see both Courses under My Courses and Course List
