Description:
When using the option for a Grade Column "Manually Override the Calculated Total" only overrides the value presented in the Gradebook when using the Percentage Function. Using the Score Function does not change the points value.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as Instructor
  2. Create a new Course
  3. Add a Student User
  4. Create a Test with 3 questions worth 2 points each
  5. Log in as Student
  6. Take the Test, and get 2 questions right, and leave 1 wrong
  7. Go to the full Grade Center
  8. Find the Test Grade Column you created
  9. Click the chevron, and edit the Column Information
  10. Set Primary Grade to Percentage and Secondary Grade to Score, and Submit
  11. Examine your Grade Column
  12. Note the values it is set up to display.  Both Percentage and Score display is 66.67% (4.00)
  13. Click the chevron, and edit Column Information
  14. Check off "Manually override the calculated total"
  15. Set points possible from 0 to 10
  16. Go back to Grade Center, and examine the data. Note that it displays 40% (4.00)

Expected Behavior:
Both values are overridden.  40% percent is displayed and about 6.66 or 6.67 points.

Observed Behavior:
Only the percentage value is overridden; Score/Points is not overridden.
