Description:
When visiting Manage content, there is no way to navigate back to the System Administrator Panel in Ultra.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Login into as System Administrator
  2. Go to System Administrator Panel > Content Management > Manage Content
Expected Behavior:
To be able to navigate back to System Administrator Panel

Observed Behavior:
No Breadcrumbs or Option to click back to System Administrator Panel
