Collect Assignments Offline Option in Ultra Course Gives an Error for Group Tests and Assignments

Description:
When using the 'Collect Submissions Offline' feature for a Group Assignment or Test, an error is generated when creating an attempt for the group assignment.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn (Ultra) as Instructor
  2. Navigate to anUltra Course
  3. Create an Assignment
  4. Choose Settings > Collect Submissions Offline
  5. Scroll down and Choose the Assign to Groups setting
  6. Under Unassigned Students select + Create a New Group 
  7. Save
  8. Select Grades at the top right corner
  9. Select the newly created group
  10. Leave the 'Submission Date' fields untouched and select Save

Expected Behavior: 
The Grades Menu loads with the Selected Criteria.

The following error occurs:
