Assignments are not Hidden in Ultra Grade Center when set to "Hide After" with Conditional Availability

Description:
In Ultra, Assignments are not hidden in the Course Grade Center when set with conditional availability. A page refresh does not change the hidden indication.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn (Ultra environment) as Instructor
  2. Navigate to or create a Test Course
  3. Create an Assignment
  4. Set a due date
  5. Set Conditional Availability with a Show Date and a Hide Date that surrounds the due date
  6. After the Due Date passes, navigate to the Grade Center > Full Grade Center > View Assignment created in Step 3
    • Note:  Assignment Icon displays as Red (as no submissions are present)
  7. After the Hide Date passes, navigate to the Assignment deployment area
    • Note: Assignment icon displays the oblique line indicating "Hidden from Students"
  8. Navigate to the Course > Grade Center > Full Grade Center again

Expected Behavior:
The assignment icon displays in Red with an oblique line to indicate that it is no longer available.

Observed Behavior:
There is no oblique line indicating that the Assignment is no longer available.
