Quote Mark in Link Generates JSON Parse Error: Invalid Blackboard Markup Found

Description:

The system returns a 'JSON parse error: Invalid Blackboard Markup found'. This occurs when invalid or unescaped markup is introduced, typically via pasted content. 

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra as an Administrator
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses
  3. Create a new Ultra course 
  4. Create an item
  5. In the text editor, select 'Link' button
  6. Add any valid link and put extra quotes at the end '"' and insert
  7. Save the item

Observed Behavior:

400- JSON parse error: Invalid Blackboard Markup found 

Expected Behavior:

Link should be saved, and it should redirect to a valid page

SaaS-Fixed (3900.121.0-rel.26 or higher)
