Achievements Tab Forbidden for Student Preview in Closed Courses

Description:

The Achievements tab generates an error because it is forbidden for student preview when the course is closed.

Steps to Repeat:

  1. Log in to Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an Administrator

  2. Create an Ultra Course

  3. Create an Assignment within the course

  4. Navigate to the Achievements tab and create a new achievement

  5. Close the course by clicking the Open label in the upper right corner (to switch it to Closed)

  6. Enter Student Preview mode

  7. Go to the Achievements tab

Observed Behavior:

The user is not authorized to access this resource with an explicit deny. 

Expected Behavior:

The Achievements tab should be accessible in Student Preview mode, even if the course is closed.
