Description:

A GDPR data export request failed to retrieve complete user data due to an error encountered in the Snowflake data source.

Steps to Repeat:
    1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
    2. Create an Ultra Course and access it
    3. Create a Test (eg: with 1 T/F question. It does not matter); do not turn off 'Allow students to add additional content at the end'.
    4. Create an Assignment
    5. Create an Original Course
    6. Create a test with a 'file upload question'
    7. Create a Assignment
    8. Add test user (do not use Student Preview) and log in
    9. Take both tests and both assignments; use a file name such that you can distinguish to which it was uploaded (eg: ultra_test.doc, original_test.doc....) you must add the ultra test file as 'additional content' at the end
    10. Run the GDPR export script
    Observed Behavior:
    1. Two submission files are retrieved:
      1. One for the original test
      2. one for the original assignment
    2. The ultra ones are missing
    Expected Behavior:
    1. Four submission files are retrieved:
      1. one for the Ultra test
      2. one for the Original Test
      3. one for the Ultra Assignment
      4. one for the Original Assignment
