When a Student Attempts to Access a Course in the Blackboard App Using an iOS Device an Error is Displayed

Description:

The error 'You can't access this course right now. Your instructor will allow access when the course is ready. Please try again later' is displayed to students who try to access a course via the Blackboard App using iOS devices. 

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as a student using the App on an iOS device
  2. Go to a course you're enrolled in

Observed Behavior:

The error 'You can't access this course right now. Your instructor will allow access when the course is ready. Please try again later.' is displayed. 


Expected Behavior:

The student is able to access the course. 





Information:

This issue is replicable on iPhone 12 using iOS version 17.7, on iPhone13 Pro using iOS 18.3.1.
