Users receive the error message "Uh Oh! This browser is not supported" when trying to join a virtual classroom using Class LTI in the Blackboard Learn App.

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into the Blackboard Learn App
  2. Attempt to join a virtual classroom in a course

Observed Behavior:
An error message appears:
Uh Oh! This browser is not supported

Expected Behavior:
The user should be able to join the virtual classroom successfully without any error messages.
