Upgrade Rollout Plans for Anthology Student 25.1.2 EP2:
- Anthology Cloud 2.0 — This update will be applied to your environments in accordance with your Master Services Agreement (MSA) in alignment with the schedule below:
East Coast US/Canada:
Non-Production: Tuesday, 10th June 2025 at 10 PM EST
Production: Thursday, 12th June 2025 at 10 PM EST
West Coast US:
Non-Production: Tuesday, 10th June 2025 at 10 PM EST
Production: Thursday, 12th June 2025 at 10 PM EST
- Anthology Cloud 1.0 — All CNC 1.X customers who have taken Anthology student 25.1.2.
East Coast US/Canada:

When customers configured Registration Fees based on a Rate Schedule range by Credits and used Residency Statuses, the system incorrectly identified the effective date of the applicable rate when multiple rates existed for the same bill codes, some of which included the "All statuses" residency, while others did not. Now, the effective date takes precedence when identifying the correct date, then all other attributes.

The student’s ledger card displayed unexpected pending charges for a transaction code configured with an effective date in the future under Configuration > Student Accounts > Billing Methods. The pending charges are now displayed correctly based on the rate schedule set in the billing method at the transaction code level.
