Drop-Down Menus and Checkboxes Visibility Issues in Windows High Contrast Mode

Description:

Enabling high contrast themes in Windows results in drop-down menus with a dark background and light outline. However, the arrows remain black and are barely visible, as are the checkbox checkmarks.

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Open Windows Settings and go to Accessibility > Contrast Themes
  2. Select the Aquatic theme and click Apply
  3. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  4. Enter an Ultra course
  5. Edit an assignment or assessment
  6. Click the Settings gear icon

Observed Behavior:
Drop-down arrows and Checkbox checkmarks are barely visible.

Expected Behavior:
Drop-down arrows and Checkbox checkmarks should be clearly visible.
