Instructors Cannot View Video Studio Content in Student Preview Mode in Ultra

Description:

In Ultra courses, when an instructor accesses the Student Preview mode and opens a document containing Video Studio content, a message appears stating: "This media is currently unavailable. Please try again later". 

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Create an Ultra Course
  3. Enroll an instructor
  4. In the Documents content section, click the on the plus sign (+) on the left
  5. Select Audio/Video
  6. Record a short video and save it
  7. Log in as the Instructor
  8. Enter Student Preview mode and access the recorded video in the document

Observed Behavior:

The video does not display and instead, the following error message is displayed: "This media is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Expected Behavior:

The video is displayed.
