Description:

In Ultra Courses, when an image is inserted as the first element in an announcement and alt text is added, the alt text appears in the text-only preview of the announcement. This display occurs in the announcement summary visible to users.

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Navigate to Courses > Create a new Ultra Course or access an existing one 
  3. Navigate to Course Content  > Go to Announcements
  4. Create a new Announcement
  5. In the Content Editor, insert an Image as the first element
  6. Add Alt Text to the image
  7. Save the announcement
  8. Return to the Announcements page and view the preview snippet

Observed Behavior:
In the announcement preview snippet, the image's alt text is displayed as part of the visible message.

Expected Behavior:
The preview should display only the announcement message text. The image alt text should not appear in the text-only preview.
