Attendance Tool Displays Error Message 'Oops! Something Went Wrong. Please Try Reloading the Page'

Description:

When attempting to mark attendance, the attendance tool returns the error 'Oops! Something Went Wrong. Please Try Reloading the Page.

Steps to Repeat:

Note: this issue is not replicable from scratch. It has only been identified in one client's environment.

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator or instructor
  2. Navigate to System Administrator tab > Courses >Access any Ultra Course
  3. Click on Mark Attendance under the Details and Actions section

 

Observed Behavior:

The error message 'Oops! Something Went Wrong. Please Try Reloading the Page.' is displayed.

 

Expected Behavior:

The Attendance tool should open without any errors.
