Incorrect Label Keys Displayed in Notification Settings in Ultra

Description:

In Ultra view mode, when accessing the Notification Settings under the 'The Ultra Experience is here!' section in the System Admin panel, certain notification descriptions are not properly rendered. Instead of displaying the appropriate human-readable labels, the interface is showing untranslated label keys.

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Navigate to the Admin tab
  3. Under the 'The Ultra experience is here!' section, click on Notifications Settings 
  4. Scroll through the list of notifications

Observed Behavior: Incorrect labels are displayed. Entries such as 'ns.admin.description.course.ua.due, ns.admin.description.course.ua.overdue', and similar keys.
Expected Behavior: Correct labels are displayed.
