Accessing the Course Settings, Calendar, or Announcement Tabs Intermittently Results in a 'Page not found' Error Message

Description:

In Ultra courses, navigating to the Course Settings page after clicking on other menu items (such as Gradebook or Agenda) sometimes results in the error message: "Uh-oh. We can't find that page." 

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Access a course
  3. Navigate to Gradebook tab from the header bar
  4. Click on Course Settings
  5. Close the Course Settings
  6. Close the Course
  7. Reopen the Course and click on Gradebook tab
  8. Click on Course Settings

Observed Behavior:

An "Uh-oh. We cant find the page" error is displayed.

Expected Behavior:

Course Settings should be displayed.
 


Cause:

The problem appears to be caused by Blackboard incorrectly appending the previous page's URL path. This incorrect routing triggers the error because the system cannot locate the page under the wrong URL. 


Resolution/Workaround:

Refreshing the page usually resolves the issue.
