The user is experiencing accessibility issues while accessing the TDM v2 course catalog through keyboard navigation.

Steps to Repeat:

 

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator

  2. Create a Course Catalog using TDM v2

  3. Access TDM v2

  4. Access the Course Catalog

  5. On your keyboard, press the Tab key. The Skip to Content button will display on the sign-up page and home page

  6. Log in and press the Tab key again

Observed Behavior:

'Skip to content' is not displayed on tabs such as Catalogue and Dashboard.

Expected Behavior:

'Skip to content' should display for tabs such as Catalogue and Dashboard.
