If errors are encountered during Bulk Course Conversions or Bulk Copy operations, Exceptions Reports should be generated in Course Tasks and Logs. Administrators are able to view the reports but instructors cannot. While conversion operations would fall under administrator responsibilities, corrections to course content would need to be resolved by instructors. It therefore should be possible for instructors to view the exception reports in order to know what happened during the operation. |

When an instructor attempts to post feedback on a student’s discussion board participation through the Gradebook, clicking Save causes the system to redirect to the login page instead of saving the feedback. This behavior interrupts the grading workflow and requires the instructor to log in again. The issue appears isolated to specific discussion boards within a course and is not consistently reproducible across all discussions.

When an instructor edits a group set and adds a student to a group without clicking save, the change remains pending. If another student joins the same group during this time and sees a success message, their addition appears to be accepted. However, once the instructor clicks save, the pending changes overwrite the group's state, and the second student is removed.

When users (admins, instructors, and students) attempt to launch SCORM packages across multiple Blackboard Ultra courses. Instead of content, users see: “Oops! An error occurred!” – with a generic prompt to inform the system administrator. This issue is consistent across all tested SCORM content across courses.
