When Accessing an Original Course Guest Unenrolled Users Get an Error

Description:

When users who aren't enrolled in the courses attempt to access them they receive permission error pop up.

Steps to Repeat:

Prerequisite: In the Administration Panel access The Ultra experience is here! > Configuration > Toggle Link to Course Catalog 'On'. 

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator
  2. Create an Original Course and make sure the Guests Permitted is on
  3. Create a user account and login
  4. As the user access in Ultra Base Navigation > Courses > Course Catalog
  5. Search for the course and try to access it

Observed Behavior: 

The pop up "You do not have permission to access this content." is shown. Once closed the user is returned to the course catalog page. 

Expected Behavior:

The user should be able to access the course and view the same content available to an unlogged-in user (Guest).

SaaS-Fixed (v3900.112.0-rel.25 or higher)
