Users are not Redirected Back to the Mobile App After Web-Login

Description:

After successful login the users remain in a browser session in App and are not redirected back to the App interface.

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Open the Blackboard Mobile App
  2. Search for the Institution 
  3. Continue with Web-Login
  4. Click on 'Click here on the line: For other login options, please 'click here'

 

Observed Behavior: 

On Android - Nothing happens when clicking on "Click here". There is no place to input username and password.

On iPhone -  The Login tab expands, and the user can enter the username and password.

Expected Behavior:

The users to be redirected to the Mobile App experience.
