  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Set the LTI tool up for deep linking
  3. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create an Ultra Course
  4. Navigate to Course Content > Add Content > Content Market
  5. Create course content using the LTI set
  6. Open it and observe the iframe render

Observed Behavior:
The LTI iframe renders and overlaps the Ultra help icon.

Expected Behavior:
The LTI iFrame renders without overlapping the Ultra help icon.
