File Accessibility Report Immediately Closes on the Android App

Description:

When a user tries to load an Ally accessibility report for a single item it immediately exits and the user is taken out of the course and redirected to the Courses List. 

 

 

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator using the Mobile App on an Android device
  2. Navigate to Courses > Details & Actions > View Course & Institution Tools > Accessibility Report LTI 1.3
  3. Scroll Down and tap Start under the 'Fix medium scoring content'
  4. Click on the document under Name

Observed Behavior:

The page begins loading but it user is abruptly removed from the course and redirected to the Course List.

Expected Behavior:
The File Accessibility report should open without any issues.




Information:

The issue is not reproducible on iOS devices.
