Description:
When trying to renew the Common Cartridge IMS certification some errors occur.  
Steps to Repeat:
Prerequisite: Download the Common Cartridge version 1.2 (IMSCommonCartridge_V1p2_TestCartridge.imscc)
 
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator
  2. Go to Admin and import the IMSCommonCartridge_V1p2_TestCartridge.imscc cartridge 
  3. Create a course > access it and go to Admin
  4. Select Export/Archive
  5. Export and download the Common Cartridge Package from Learn with the 1.2 version
  6. Go to the IMS Common Cartridge validator page https://membervalidator3.imsglobal.org/ and select the validator for the version 1.2.
  7. Import the Learn exported Common Cartridge into the validator page and upload it

Observed Behavior: 
The validator page shows some errors related to the caliper 1.2 specification. Import does not include tests/quizzes. 

Expected Behavior: 
Import included tests/quizzes but does not include unsupported questions.
