Description:
Users are unable to log into the Mobile Application with SSO after the last upgrade SaaS release 3900.95.0-rel.74+76b7566.
Steps to Repeat:
- Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator using the Mobile App
- Type the School/workspace name
- Type the User Name and Password
- Click on 'Log In'
Observed Behavior:The error 'There seems to be an issue from our side. Please try again later' is displayed.
Expected Behavior:The user successfully logs into the Mobile Learn Application and the landing page of the Mobile Application is displayed.
Symptoms:
User Authentication fails.
Information:
The issue is under investigation by the Anthology Mobile Support team.
