Users are Unable to Log Into the Mobile Application with SSO

Description:
Users are unable to log into the Mobile Application with SSO after the last upgrade SaaS release 3900.95.0-rel.74+76b7566. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator using the Mobile App
  2. Type the School/workspace name
  3. Type the User Name and Password 
  4. Click on 'Log In'


Observed Behavior:
The error 'There seems to be an issue from our side. Please try again later' is displayed.

Expected Behavior:
The user successfully logs into the Mobile Learn Application and the landing page of the Mobile Application is displayed.

 

Symptoms:

User Authentication fails. 



Information:

The issue is under investigation by the Anthology Mobile Support team.
