Description:
When an instructor has Kaltura LTI content in their Original Course Item, in the VTBE, then converts that course to an Ultra Course, the RTE in the resulting document shows a black box that says "Blackboard Learn SaaS Not Found Forbidden".
Steps to Repeat:
- Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
- Create a course that has the Instructor's Choice to be set to Ultra. Leave it as Original for now.
- Enroll yourself as an instructor. Set the course as unavailable. Click the course link to access the course.
- Click the Course Content link in the left navigation
- Select Build Content > Kaltura Embed Media to use deep linking to add content to the Course Content Area.
- Embed a video. This is placed in the Course Content Area.
- Select Build Content > Item
- Name the item. Use the
and select Kaltura Embed Media - Embed the item. Click on Submit
- Note that all the videos work
- Click the orange box with a pencil at the top right of the page to "Try the Ultra Course View"
- On the Admin page, click on the course link
- Click the "Course Content" folder that is the Course Content of the Original Course
- Click on the first link that you created in the Course Content Area.
Observed Behavior: It works as expected and launches to the video. Close the peek panel.

The VTBE Shows "Blackboard Learn SaaS Not Found Forbidden".
Expected Behavior:
The LTI content in Original courses is converted to LTI content in Ultra courses.
