Insert Content Menu in Assignment Feedback is cut off at Specific Screen Resolutions and Zoom Level

Description:
In the Ultra experience, when utilizing the Insert Content feature for Assignment feedback, the menu gets cut off at 150% zoom for screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 and at 100% zoom for screen resolution of 1280 x 720.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Ensure the screen resolution is set to either 1920 x 1080 or 1280 x 720
  2. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor
  3. Inside an Ultra course, create an assignment
  4. Enter Student Preview mode
  5. Submit the assignment
  6. Exit Student Preview mode
  7. Navigate to Gradebook and access student's submission
  8. Open the Feedback panel
  9. Zoom in to 150% for screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 or 100% for screen resolution of 1280 x 720
  10. Click on the '+' icon to access the Insert content menu
Observed Behavior:
Only the Cloud storage option is visible

Expected Behavior:
The complete menu of options should be displayed
