HTML Document Type Does not Work on iPad

Description:
When an instructor attempts to use the Add HTML feature in the Course Content area using an iPad, a white screen displays.
 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor with an iPad 
  2. Navigate to Admin > Courses > Look up for the desired course
  3. Enter Course and Press the + button to add content and select Create > Document Add HTML
Observed:
White screen.  The text box editor does not open to create HTML content.


Expected:
Text box to open to write HTML content




Information:

This cannot be reproduced any more as of iPad iOS 17.2.
