Scores in Rubrics are not Saving

Description:
While grading an assignment using a rubric, some of the criteria is not saved correctly and appears empty.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Login to Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor or administrator
  2. Access an Ultra course and create a grade schema like this: Exceeding Expectations 80% and 100%, Competent 50% and less than 80%, Developing 0% and less than 50%
  3. Create an assignment and select the grade schema created
  4. In the assignment options, select Rubric > Generate > Rubric type: Points generate and select it
  5. Using the Student Preview submit the assignment
  6. Back as the instructor access the assignment and grade it
  7. Use the rubric and select the highest option for each of the criteria
  8. Close the page and open the grade

Observed Behavior:
Some of the criteria might be missing and the instructor needs to grade and saved it again multiple times before it appears correctly.

Expected Behavior:
All the criteria is saved.
