When a Test is Made or Becomes Unavailable While Attempts are In-Progress the Attempts Stop Saving With no Clear Indication to the Students
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator 
  2. Create  an Ultra Course
  3. Create a test one-at-a-time with a couple of questions, for example multiple-choice works
  4. As a student use a privacy window to take the test 
  5. After the student takes the first couple of questions switch back to Instructor's view and set the test "not available" to students
  6. As the student continue taking the test


Observed Behavior: 
The saved attempts are not getting saved on the background and the test questions appear normal meaning there is no pop-up or a message that alerts the student. 

Expected Behavior:
The student should be warned that something is wrong.
