Description:
The ‘Send Message’ feature in Ultra Analytics (Retention Center) might time out when attempting to contact all students with alerts, especially with a big user list (2,000+).
Steps to Repeat:
Prerequisite: have a huge list of users in the URL (2000+).
- Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor
- Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Access a course
- Click on the Analytics Tab > Course Activity
- Filter alerts by 'All students with alerts'
- Select all the students and click on Send Message
- Type the message and click on Send
Observed Behavior:
After waiting for some time, the system hangs out and the following session debug log will show this message:
