An Error Displays for Students When Accessing Folders Where all the Content is Hidden

Description:
In Ultra view courses, if students access a folder that is visible to students and contains tests that are hidden to them a "Oh no! Something went wrong." error appears. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as Administrator
  2. Create an Ultra course
  3. Under Details & Actions select > Progress Tracking Turn on
  4. Switch the toggle from off to on > Save
  5. Create a folder set to "visible to students" > In the folder, create a test set to "hidden from students"
  6. Enroll a test student to the course
  7. Log out and log back in as student enrolled in step 6.
  8. Access the folder created in step 5.

Observed behavior:
"Oh no! Something went wrong." error is returned.

Expected behavior:
The folder opens with the message "This folder is empty", no errors returned.
