Tests With Uploaded Questions Show Extra Symbols When Answers Are Downloaded

Description:
When a file containing multiple-choice questions is uploaded to create a test, after a student completes the test, downloading the results include extra symbols in the answers.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Login to Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor
  2. Access an Ultra or Original course and create a test
  3. Upload a multiple option questions from a file, for instructions visit: https://help.blackboard.com/Learn/Instructor/Ultra/Tests_Pools_Surveys/Reuse_Questions/Upload_Questions
  4. Once the questions are uploaded set the test to be 'Visible to students'
  5. Log in as a student or use the Student Preview to take the test
  6. As the instructor, go to the Gradebook
  7. Find the student attempt, click on the 3 dot icon and choose Download Results
  8. Leave the default configuration and click on Download
  9. Open the file

Observed Behavior:
The answers on the file will have <!-- {"bbMLEditorVersion":1} --><div>\n before the student response. 


Expected Behavior:
The information on the file does not have extra symbols.
